Marie brings over 20 years of dedicated experience as a mental health clinician, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion to support individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges.

 

Qualifications & Credentials
Marie holds comprehensive qualifications including a PhD in mental health, along with credentials in counselling, life and business coaching. As both a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Mental Health Nurse, she brings a unique holistic perspective to mental health care. Her academic background is complemented by her role as a university lecturer and clinical supervisor for mental health professionals.

Specialised Experience
Marie has developed particular expertise in trauma work, PTSD, moral injury, and critical incident management. She has extensive experience supporting individuals and families from high-stress, demanding careers including Australian Defence Force serving members, veterans, first responders, and FIFO (Fly-in Fly-out) workers. Marie understands firsthand how these challenging professions can impact relationships, family dynamics, and personal wellbeing.
